Our office/warehouse division is our real specialty. We've been designing, building, selling and leasing these buildings for over 25 years. They vary in size from 4,000 s.f. to 80,000 s.f. depending on individual needs. We tailor our Design/Build services toward private business owners that need a building of their own, in addition to selling buildings to large companies.
