Biltmore Development specializes in the building of office, and office/warehouses for the small businessman. Our office buildings range in size from approx. 2,000 s.f. to 20,000 s.f.. Our office/warehouse division is our real specialty. We've been designing, building, selling and leasing these buildings for over 25 years. They vary in size from 4,000 s.f. to 80,000 s.f. depending on individual needs. We tailor our services toward private business owners that need a building of their own, in addition to selling buildings to large companies.

The biggest difference between our company and other development companies is that we concentrate on this particular market. We don't build schools, large shopping centers, apartment buildings, etc. We have worked at perfecting the smaller buildings for the smaller business which need outside storage, individual identity, and a controlled environment. We save our customers a lot of money by showing them more economical ways of providing a facility that meets or exceeds their needs.
